Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance to patients, including helping them in and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
- Assist with feeding and ensure patients receive proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by performing light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid STNA certification in [Your State]
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
