Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing
